MetisBuy is a taobao agent,not seller or manufacturer,we do not accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. For the color difference,members please check clearly on the item image we took before you make the international shipping fee.
► Packages Lost or Damaged on international delivery
MetisBuy use the shipping methods according members instruction, you should make sure your selected shipping methods is trustable. MetisBuy will provid picture for the package before leaving our warehouse. If your recieve packages is damged, please do not throw away any invoice and take the images of your package we will help negotiate with shipping provider and ask for a claim as best as we can.
